There are 96 problems on a math test. 40% is Algebra problems and the rest are Arithmetic problems. How many Arithmetic problems are on the test?

I'm not sure though I forgot how to do it but I'm pretty sure it's 96/.40 and round it up to the nearest tenth

half of 96 is 38 38 is the 40% algebra so 58 questions are Arithmetic problems
