False. Being an expert problem solver is something you're either born with or not - this is not true. You can learn how to problem solve by being in situations that require problem solving. When you problem solve, you learn what works and what doesn't work in different situations and it helps you understand what you could do differently or the same if you are in the situation again. Everything can be learned and changed overtime, with practice problem solving skills can strengthen.
