Area (parallelogram)= base x height
In this case:
base= heigth=x

Therefore:
64 m²>x*x
64 m²>x²
x>+√64 m²
x>8 m

Answer: the base and heigth are always greater than 8 m.

For example:
base=height=9 m  ⇒ Area=9 m  x  9 m=81 m²>64 m²
base=heigth=10 m ⇒Area=10 m x 10 m=100 m²>64 m²
