It is important to learn about the holocost because if we didn't, then we could repeat the same events in the future. We owe it to the victoms and their family's to not turn our heads away in shame, but pay attention and make sure thay this never happens again. It was part of the cause for the 2nd world war and millions gave their life to help. Millions died from the gas chambers, guns, and brutal conditions from the Natzis.
