How does the 10th amendment benefit you today

I do see a benefit to me personally but ti does benefit the government a lot.  By making the 10th amendment the government made sure that none of the branches would be able to over power any other. No branch can stand on its own which was important because power distribution was way off back then and the government was afraid of the branches over throwing the others.

I know I ramble but I hope this helped
