What are the zeros of the function 3(x+3)-4?

The function is linear, i.e. it is a polynomial of degree 1, and thus it represents a line.

So, we'll find only one zero:

[tex]3(x+3)-4=0 \iff 3x+9-4=0 \iff 3x+5=0 \iff 3x=-5 \iff x=-\dfrac{5}{3}[/tex]
