What is the velocity of a bullet train that moves 400 meters west over 3 minutes anad 20 seconds?

Answer: v= 2m/s

Explanation: simple kinematic  

time moving    t= 3min+20s = 3*60+20 = 200s

velocity  v= distance / time = 400m / 200s = 2m/s ( very slow ... usain bolt is faster than your train ... v(bolt)= 100m /9.5s = 10.5m/s
