The answer is angles 1, 3, and 5 are congruent.

If l1 and l2 are parallel then that must mean angle 1 is the same

Angle 5 and 3 are opposite angles (opposite angels are congruent)
(Im not sure if i used the term “opposite angle” properly. I forgot a lot of geometry :/)
