[tex]m(x)=-4x+11x^2+6x+14\\m(x)=11x^2+2x+14[/tex]

Equating the equation to 0 and solving it

[tex]11x^2+2x+14=0\\D=2^2-4*11*14=-612<0[/tex]

This equation has no solution, so we can't find rational zeros
