Solve for x in the first equation:

X -2 = 1/3

Add 2 to both sides:

X = 2 1/3

Now replace x in the second equation:

2 1/3 ^2 - 4(2 1/3) + 4

5 4/9 - 9 1/3 + 4 = 1/9

Answer is B.
