The Zero Product Property states that if ab = 0, then either a = 0 or b = 0, or both a and b are 0. We do it as follows:

y2 + 4y – 32 = 0
(y - 4) (y +8) = 0
y-4 = 0
y = 4

y+8 = 0
y = -8

Therefore, the correct option would be option C.

Hope this helped. Have a nice day.
