Chargaff's rule states that A = T and C = G

The equation for this must be A + C = T + G

A and T should both be .32 since they're equal

--> .32 + C = .32 + G

Both sides must equal each other by .50

.50 - .32 = .18

.18 × 100 = 18% Guanine and also 18% Cytosine
