Answer:

[tex] \frac{log(8) - log(4)}{log(6) - log(3)} = 1[/tex]

I hope you can understand what's going on in this picture like the last. From what I can see, it looks like since 4 is half of 8, and 3 is half of 6, that's why they equal log(2). And obviously, if the numerator and denominator are the same, then that makes it 1 whole.
