The factors that helped the Americans win the Battle of Yorktown were that the British were low on reinforcements and the Americans got assistance from the French.

The factor that helped the Colonists win The Battle of Yorktown was that the British were low on supplies so they retreated to the sea, but the French were there with their troops and equipment. So the British were cornered by the colonists and the French.
