First we divide 58 items by 6 items per case to figure out how many cases we need. We get 9 cases with a remainder of 4 items. We need another case (bringing us up to a total of 10 cases) for the remaining items. Although 4 items does not completely fill a case, we cannot ship a fraction or part of a case, so we need to ship 10 cases.
