You need to use the order of operations PEDMAS

P=Parentheses
E=Exponents
D=Division
M=Multiplying
A=Adding
S=Subtracting

[tex]12(2*3-.5)+10[/tex]

Do whats in the parentheses first and use PEDMAS by multiplying first then subtracting

[tex]12(6-.5)+10[/tex]

[tex]12(5.5)+10[/tex]

[tex]12*5.5=66[/tex]

[tex]66+10=76[/tex]

[tex]Answer=76[/tex]
