For this case we have the following equation given by:

[tex](x-2)^2+(y-5)^2=49[/tex]

The general equation of a circle is given by:

[tex](x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2[/tex]

And for this case by direct comparison we have:

[tex]r^2=49[/tex]

Then we have:

And the center si given by C=(h,k)
