We have to evaluate the function when f(1), then:

[tex]f(x)=\frac{-5x+2}{3}[/tex][tex]f(1)=\frac{-5\cdot(1)+2}{3}=\frac{-5+2}{3}=\frac{-3}{3}\Rightarrow f(1)=-1[/tex]

Then, when f(1), the function at x = 1 have a value of -1 or f(1) = -1.
