How does society affect a childs development?

The environment in which a child grew up affects their views, behaviors, and beliefs. This is why most people raised in a high-crime lower class area are usually less abiding to the law, because all they have known is crime and making money illegally. Where you grow up and the people around you heavily influence who you become.
