The brain and personality theories conveyed that each individual possesses some traits in our brain that made us behave differently from one another.
This implicate that these traits will also make people reacts differently when receiving instructions. For example, some people prefer an step-by step instruction while the other prefer to only tell them the final outcome and let them do it with their own way.
