For the total profit it is pretty stairght forward you make 2 for each x and 3 for each y. So profit will be 2x+3y. For the second part you know y at least 3x so it must be along the line y =3 x at least. So 0,0 9,27 and 0,36. Because all have y at least 3 times greater than x
