arbitration is useful when resolving differences between two or more parties with opposing views because this procedure allows both side to agree to a third party to decide on the issue in advance to a binding settlement. This enables the parties to already have a solutuion or agreement when the problem arrives therefore there would be less conflicts when the issues arise .
