A line passes through the point (–7, 5) and has a slope of 1/5.
So this line would be y=1/5x+b
If we substitute x and y into this 
formula
We can get b=5+7/5=32/5
Then y=1/5x+32/5
If x=0, then y=32/5
So another point on this line is (0,32/5)

the other point the line passes through is the y intercept and to find the y int find which point crosses the y axis hope this helps
