Plants have male and female gametes (sperm and ovaries) and can reproduce sexually.

Not really. Plants can have a male and female pollination through Stigma and Style but they do not have gametes and sperm/ovaries.

So yes they can (kind of) reproduce sexually just without gametes and gonads (which is what sperm/ovaries are)
