I don't know which box you want me to put the answer in but:
2(z + 1) - 4(z - 4) ≤ 2(z + 5)
*Distribute*
2z + 2 - 4z - 16 ≤ 2z + 10
*Combine Like Terms*
-2z - 14 ≤ 2z + 10
*Add 14 to BOTH sides*
-2z ≤ 2z + 24
*Subtract 2z from BOTH sides*
-4z ≤ 24
*Divide BOTH sides by -4*
z ≥ -6
Edit:
I forgot that dividing or multiplying by a negative flips the inequality.
